Annapolis, MD – The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, a High Hotels property, has hired Marci Bixler of York, as general manager.  Bixler began her employment with High Hotels, Ltd. in November 1996 as guest service representative. From July 1998 through August 2001   she worked as sales manager. In August 2001 Bixler was promoted to assistant General Manager and has served that role until present promotion.
