Mechanicsburg, Pa, March 13, 2003 – Homewood Suites by Hilton, the national brand of upscale, residential-style hotels, announced today that the Homewood Suites Harrisburg-West received the Award of Merit honor for the Highest in Guest Satisfaction for 2002. Brett Sechrist, general manager, and Dawn Rickenbach, director of sales were recognized at an awards ceremony during the Hilton Hotels Corporation's Focused-Service Brand Conference in Las Vegas.

The 116 suite Homewood Suites located at 5001 Ritter Road was selected for the award based on the hotel's performance in the areas of quality and guest satisfaction. The award's criteria was based on customer feedback measured through guest satisfaction surveys on the hotel as well as product quality and service scores measured quarterly by the company.
